1. Find a Stage

Start in the public Explore directory or follow a creator's direct Stage link. Explore loads discoverable Stages in pages of 24, with the newest-created Stage first. Its text search checks Stage name, handle, headline, and description.

Each directory card uses the Stage's real image or fallback, name, handle, headline, active-member count, and Level. Use Load more for the next page. There are no category filters, sort controls, rankings, following, saved Stages, or personalized recommendations in the current directory.

  1. Public Stage
  2. Sign in and complete your profile
  3. Choose an available free or paid plan
  4. Free access update or Stripe Checkout
Newsletter signup is a separate path. A public newsletter or lead-magnet form can accept an email without an account and asks the reader to confirm through their inbox. It does not create Stage membership.

2. Understand Stage Levels

A Stage keeps the creator's identity and public URL while its Level determines the kind of audience home you see.

Public Stage home by Level
LevelCurrent audience presentation
Level 1 · Link in bioA creator profile and the links, media, offers, newsletter, or other blocks the creator configured.
Level 2 · Content hubA browseable home with Home, Articles, Videos, Courses, Podcast, Products, Updates, and Events navigation.
Level 3 · CommunityA configured community home that can include pinned activity, discussions, events, members, latest content, and a leaderboard when available.
The creator owns the Stage presentation. The public Stage can use the creator's selected light or dark theme, colors, typography, section order, and supported layout choices. That Stage theme is separate from Vibeler's light platform and Help surfaces.

3. Browse content

A Stage may organize its work into the following implemented channel types:

  • Post Feed
  • Full video
  • Short video
  • Articles & newsletters
  • Learning course
  • Digital products
  • Community Chat
  • Video podcast
  • Audio podcast

Not every Stage has every channel or action. What appears depends on the Stage's Level, creator-platform plan, enabled capabilities, creator configuration, published data, and your access. Community Chat is post-based discussion, not real-time messaging.

Anonymous visitors can open content that the backend marks public, published, ready, and available. Protected media, members-only channels, purchased products, enrolled course lessons, and creator previews have separate access rules.

4. Create your account

You can browse public Stages without an account. Create one when you want to join a Stage plan or use an action that requires audience identity.

Create the login
Enter an email address and a password that meets the requirements shown during registration.
Complete the audience profile
Add first name, last name, a valid available username, and date of birth. These fields are required before the membership join endpoint accepts the account.
Return to your destination
When registration begins from a Stage or protected route, Vibeler preserves a safe Stage and return path so you can continue after profile completion.
What is not required
The current audience-registration flow does not request a phone number. Public browsing does not require registration.

5. Join a Stage

Open the Stage's current plan picker to see the creator's available plan names, descriptions, benefits, and monthly or annual prices. Annual savings appear only when the configured annual price is lower than 12 monthly payments.

Joining requires a signed-in account with a completed audience profile. The Stage and plan must still be available, the plan must belong to that Stage, monetization must be enabled, and a banned viewer cannot join.

Access paths and requirements
PathWhat is required
Public Stage or contentNo account when the Stage and item are public, published, ready, and otherwise available.
NewsletterAn email address and inbox confirmation. Newsletter signup does not create Stage membership.
Free Stage planA signed-in account with a complete profile. Access and included entitlements update after a successful join.
Paid Stage planA signed-in account with a complete profile, an available monthly or annual option, Stripe Checkout, and payment reconciliation.
Products and coursesA public preview may exist. Purchase, plan inclusion, or enrollment can be required for the protected material.
Community and interactionsStage membership, creator settings, content settings, or viewer eligibility can apply to each action.
Free and paid plans finish differently. A plan with both monthly and annual prices set to zero grants membership and included entitlements after a successful join. A paid selection sends you to Stripe Checkout; payment and webhook reconciliation determine paid access.

6. Interact & support

Actions are object-specific rather than universal. Use only the controls a creator's Stage and the current item expose.

  • Likes or dislikes, bookmarks, sharing, comments, and replies depend on the content type and its settings.
  • Comments may be closed or limited to eligible paid members. Existing comments can remain readable when new comments are unavailable.
  • Tips, purchases, course enrollment, event links, gamification, and community posting appear only where the Stage, object, capability, and viewer support them.
  • Community posting is eligibility- and moderation-aware. Community Chat is post-based discussion, not real-time messaging.

Public visibility, subscription entitlement, purchase or enrollment, creator/admin preview, publication and media readiness, comment settings, and Stage bans remain server-authoritative. Seeing an action in another Stage does not guarantee it is available everywhere.

7. Subscriptions & privacy

Manage Stage memberships

Account Subscriptions separates your audience memberships from any Stage-admin access. Audience cards show the Stage, plan, status, benefits, price, and access-until state.

Canceling a free membership ends access immediately. Canceling a paid membership schedules cancellation for the current period end. This view shows account payment history, refund markers, and dispute markers, but it does not provide invoices, audience self-serve refund requests, or saved payment-method management. See the Subscriptions & Payments guide for the detailed lifecycle.

Use the current Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy describes the current request, identity-verification, legal-limit, and retention process. Stage and content activity can include a timestamp, referrer, user-agent, request IP, and a random anonymous browser identifier. Stripe handles payment checkout.

The policy does not promise universal self-serve export, deletion, or account closure. Scope and retention depend on the current policy, applicable law, identity verification, and records Vibeler must retain.

Current limits
  • Explore has text search and Load more, but no category filters, sort controls, rankings, following, or saved-Stage list.
  • Explore is ordered with the newest-created discoverable Stages first; it is not a personalized recommendation feed.
  • Account Subscriptions shows payment history, refund markers, and dispute markers, but not invoices, audience self-serve refund requests, or saved payment-method management.
  • There is no universal self-serve data export, account deletion, or account-closure workflow in the current audience account experience.
