1. Create your Stage
Stage creation starts with a required name and a unique, available handle. The handle becomes your Vibeler URL. A description is optional during setup, and you can skip it.
2. Choose starting channels
Channels organize each type of work. During Stage creation, choose the formats you expect to use first:
- Post Feed
- Full video
- Short video
- Articles & newsletters
- Learning course
- Digital products
- Community Chat
- Video podcast
- Audio podcast
3. Understand access
Access is configured through the channel and the type of experience it contains. There is not one universal subscriber-only switch for every format.
- Public channels
- Visible without a paid Stage subscription.
- Subscription-plan channels
- A creator can include selected channels as benefits of a Stage subscription plan.
- Courses and products
- Access can come from a direct purchase or an eligible Stage subscription path.
- Community visibility
- Public or members-only visibility follows the configured community and membership rules.
4. Publish your first work
Open the relevant channel in Studio and use its editor. Posts, articles, videos, podcasts, courses, and products each ask for the details and publishing settings that format needs. Media may need to finish processing, while courses and products also need their access and offer details configured.
5. Share your Stage
Creator Studio provides a copy action for the canonical Stage link. Put that link in the places where you already communicate—such as your profiles, website, email signature, or direct messages. External distribution remains your action; copying a link does not automatically post it elsewhere.
