1. Choose a format

Each format has its own editor, required details, access model, and publication states. Start with the format that fits the work you are making.

Implemented creator content formats
FormatPrimary use
PostsUpdates, optional media or video, and polls
ArticlesStructured long-form blocks
NewslettersOpted-in email delivery
Full & short videoUploaded visual media
Audio & video podcastsSeries and episodes
CoursesOrdered chapters and lessons
Digital productsDirect-purchase or subscription downloads

2. Written content

Posts

The post editor supports written updates with optional media or creator-video selection and audience polls. Save a draft, configure the audience settings, publish now, or schedule a future time. Eligible community posts can also enter an approval or moderation state.

Articles

The article block editor supports headings, paragraphs, lists, images with captions, creator videos, tables, code, delimiters, embeds, and sections. Articles can keep a draft, use a thumbnail, publish now or later, configure comments and tips, and credit Stage admins or guest-author records.

Newsletters

Newsletters use article-backed writing with separate email settings and delivery. The workflow requires newsletter capability and opted-in recipients, supports scheduling, and reports queued, sending, completed, no-recipient, or failure outcomes separately from content publication.

Guest authors are attribution. A guest-author record can be credited on supported content; it does not grant that person a Vibeler account, Studio access, or editing permission.

3. Video & podcasts

Full and short videos are uploaded with published intent. You can configure their channel, title, description, thumbnail, interactions, and optional schedule. The item remains visible in Studio while playback is processing; the audience player waits for ready media and Studio surfaces a failed state when processing cannot complete.

Podcast series support audio or video, description, artwork, category, language, and credited Stage or guest authors. Episodes add title, description, optional episode and season numbers, thumbnail, comments, tips, scheduling, and the same media-readiness boundary.

Keep the contract precise. Vibeler does not promise one universal short-video duration. The current creator UI also does not expose chapter-marker fields or an external podcast-distribution control.

4. Courses & products

Courses

Configure the course overview, pricing, access, and ordered chapters. The current lesson picker exposes Article, Video, Audio, PDF Viewer, Resource, Code Example, and Embed. Lessons can be published or unpublished, optionally opened as a public preview, and configured for student comments. Uploaded lesson media still has to become ready.

Digital products

Product setup includes a title, rich description, thumbnail, showcase media, downloadable files, what-is-inside and specification fields, credited authors, optional public sales count, fixed pricing and coupons, or subscription-plan access.

Publication has requirements. A published product must keep at least one downloadable file and an eligible offer or subscription access path. Platform commission and applicable Stripe processing fees still apply when buyers pay.

5. AI-assisted writing

Assisted drafting is available for posts, articles, and newsletters when the Stage has the applicable AI capability and credits. Use it to start or refine written work, then review, edit, and publish the result yourself. It is not an AI production workflow for videos, podcasts, courses, or digital products.

6. Publication states

Different formats use different readiness and delivery states. A single generic publish checklist would be misleading.

Editorial
Posts, articles, and newsletters can be drafts, published now, or scheduled.
Media
Videos and podcast episodes use published intent, can be scheduled, and remain creator-visible while playback becomes ready or fails.
Courses and products
These stay unpublished or published according to their configured requirements rather than a generic editorial schedule.

Moderation can hold eligible community posts. Newsletter delivery status also remains separate from whether the underlying content is published.
