1. Account vs. Stage controls

A Vibeler account is your personal identity. A Stage is the creator property you present to an audience. Keep these four control areas separate when choosing where to make a change.

Four control areas
AreaWhere it livesWhat it controls
Personal account/p/accountPersonal profile, security, audience subscriptions, and notifications
Stage identityStage profile editorStage image, name, handle, headline, and description
Stage presentationStudio → Settings → Stage designTemplates, brand style, supported sections for each Level, and history where available
Stage operationsStage StudioLevels, capabilities, admins, custom domain, and creator-platform plan
Stage access is permission-based.Being an audience subscriber does not grant Studio access. Being a Stage admin does not turn the Stage's settings into personal account settings.

2. Personal profile

Open Edit profile from Account to update the fields that identify you across Vibeler.

Required on save
First name, last name, username, and date of birth.
Username
Between 3 and 30 characters and checked for valid format and availability.
Email
Visible but read-only. There is no self-serve email-change flow in the current profile editor.
Bio
Optional, with a maximum of 1,024 characters.
Profile image
Up to 5 MB. Upload is currently available only when the account manages a Stage because media authorization is Stage-scoped.
Personal profile is not Stage branding. Use the Stage profile editor for the public Stage name, handle, headline, description, and Stage image. The current personal profile editor does not expose website or social-link fields.

3. Security

Password
Changing it requires the current password, is limited to three attempts per hour, signs out every other session, and keeps the current browser signed in with a new session.
Passkeys
Where WebAuthn is supported, add, list, and remove optional passkeys for sign-in. Password sign-in remains available.
Email verification
Send a verification link to the account email. The link expires after 24 hours.

A selected sensitive creator action can require recent strong authentication. Vibeler accepts a verified six-digit email code or a session created through passkey authentication; the strong-auth window lasts 30 minutes.

Stage maturity upgrades, capability changes, admin changes, custom-domain changes, creator-platform billing, Stripe Connect, and membership-plan mutations use this step-up boundary.

Current boundary: Adding or removing a passkey, changing the Stage profile or handle, and saving or publishing Stage design currently require an active signed-in session and the relevant permission, but do not request the recent strong-auth step.

4. Stage identity, Levels & presentation

An admin with Stage-settings permission can update the Stage image, name, handle, headline, and description. The image control accepts up to 5 MB and asks for at least 256 × 256 pixels. Handle changes are normalized and checked against reserved and already-used values.

Audience home by Stage Level

  1. Level 1 · Link in bio
  2. Level 2 · Content hub
  3. Level 3 · Community

Only the Stage owner can upgrade a Level. The change requires recent strong authentication, must move one Level at a time, and cannot be reversed. Vibeler enables the capabilities required by the destination Level. Level 3 also requires a creator-platform tier that allows Community.

Stage design

Stage Design keeps Studio in Vibeler's light platform shell while the live preview and public Stage use the creator's selected presentation, including a creator-made light or dark palette.

Templates
Choose from the templates available to the current creator-platform tier; higher-tier templates remain visibly locked.
Brand style
Accent color is editable on Vibeler Build. Full customization adds the broader palette, curated heading and body fonts, and button and card shapes.
Per-Level pages
Reorder, show or hide, and configure the heading, supporting copy, layout, and item limit of each supported section. Content still comes from real Vibeler data.
Global presentation
Configure density, content width, cards, borders, shadows, header, community navigation, media, avatar shape, and member-badge display.
Draft & publish
With full customization, save a private draft and publish explicitly. Vibeler Build legacy theme changes use direct save.
History
With full customization, restore a previous published version as a private draft. The live Stage does not change until that draft is published.

5. Capabilities, admins & domains

Capabilities

Capability availability and capability enablement are two separate states. The current creator-platform tier must allow a capability before a Stage-settings admin can enable it. Studio groups capabilities into Content, Commerce, Engagement, and Tools. Enable and disable actions require recent strong authentication.

Stage admins

Independent Stage-admin permissions
PermissionCurrent scope
Stage settingsManage Stage identity and settings
ChannelsCreate, edit, and delete Stage channels
ContentCreate and manage Stage content
Community membersManage community-member access and moderation

The owner implicitly has every permission and cannot be edited or removed. An acting admin cannot edit or remove their own admin row. Add, edit, and remove require Stage-settings permission and recent strong authentication.

To add an admin, search active Stage subscribers by a username prefix of at least three characters. The picker returns up to 25 results; it does not invite an arbitrary account or email. A Stage supports up to 100 non-owner admins. Named custom roles, ownership transfer, an admin audit log, and admin self-leave are not implemented.

Custom domain

Vibeler Grow and Vibeler Scale support a custom root domain such ascreator.com; subdomains are not accepted. Set, verify, and remove actions require recent strong authentication. Follow the DNS values and status shown in Studio—verification and provider routing are asynchronous, so activation is not immediate.

6. Plans, subscriptions & notifications

Creator-platform plan

The Stage's platform plan controls current limits and feature availability. Use the live pricingand Studio platform-plan views as the source of truth; this guide does not freeze plan features or commission. Platform Payment Methods pay Vibeler and are separate from the Stripe Connect relationship that receives audience revenue.

Account Subscriptions

Subscriptionsseparates audience memberships from Stage-admin access. Audience cards show the Stage, plan, status, benefits, price, and access-until state. Paid cancellation is scheduled for the current period end; free cancellation is immediate. Admin access includes the Stage's subscription benefits and provides Manage Stage, but there is no admin self-leave or cancel action.

Account Subscriptions shows audience membership and purchase history for your personal account; it does not provide creator-platform billing history, invoices, receipts, or platform-plan refunds. See the Monetization & Payments guide for the separate audience-payment contract.

Notifications

Notifications is an inbox, not a preference center. It offers All and Unread filters, newest-first cursor pagination in groups of 20, safe internal action links, mark-on-open, and Mark all read. It does not expose category or email preferences, mute, delete, or archive controls.

7. Data requests & current limits

The Privacy Policy describes the current verified-request, legal-limit, contact, and retention process. Use the privacy contact published there for a request; availability, scope, deletion, and timing depend on identity verification, applicable law, and records Vibeler must retain for payment, fraud, security, tax, dispute, audit, backup, or other legal reasons.

  • The personal profile does not provide an email-change flow, social-link fields, or an active-session list.
  • Passkey add and remove, Stage profile or handle edits, and Stage design draft or publish currently rely on the active signed-in session and permission; they do not request recent strong authentication.
  • The notification inbox has no category or email preferences, mute, delete, or archive controls.
  • There is no self-serve account deletion, Stage deletion, Stage ownership transfer, or admin self-leave action.
  • There is no universal self-serve export for account, Stage, subscriber, content, or analytics data and no defined account-closure workflow or service-level timetable.
  • The Privacy Policy describes access, correction, and deletion requests subject to identity verification, applicable law, and retention requirements; it does not promise universal export, recovery, or immediate deletion.
Do not treat a request as an automated closure.Vibeler does not currently expose a self-serve account or Stage deletion workflow, guarantee a universal export, or define an automated sequence for active content, subscriptions, purchases, payouts, refunds, and retained records.
